Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Vouchers are sold for a Club Room.
• Prior reservation is required.
• Original voucher must be presented and surrendered upon check-in. Photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
• Voucher is non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
• Once the booking is reserved, the booking can not be refunded, cancelled or modified.
• Voucher is transferrable and may be given as gifts to family and friends.
• Accumulated vouchers can not be be used as a group of 10 rooms and above to be booked on a single day.
• Any incidental charges, unless otherwise stated, is to be borne by the voucher holder.
• Above promotional rate cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts.
