Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Prior reservation is required.
• Rate is subject to applicable taxes and service charge.
• E- voucher must be presented upon check-in.
• Requires full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking.
• Once the booking is reserved, amendment or rebooking of room reservation can be made 24-hours prior to arrival.
• Easter Room Package with Easter activity tickets are subject to availability based on remaining seats of the activity. Additional Ticket is at PHP 1,500 nett per person.
• Adult guest will get discount in the Easter buffet at Flavors Restaurant, 40% if they avail the package and/or if they buy an Easter ticket activity.
• Voucher is non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
• Voucher is transferrable and may be given as gifts to family and friends.
• Voucher is inclusive of 5% Service Charge and prevailing Government taxes.
• Any incidental charges, unless otherwise stated, is to be borne by the voucher holder.
• Voucher cannot be in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or other offers.
