Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Voucher Validity: Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday Lunch Buffet and Friday and Saturday Dinner Buffet until September 30, 2026. Lunch 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM | Dinner 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
• Each voucher is valid for one (1) presentation only. Actual voucher must be presented on the day of redemption.
• Hotel is not responsible if voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided.
• All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items, discounts, cash in part or full.
• Voucher is inclusive of 5% Service Charge and prevailing Government taxes. Any incidental charges, unless otherwise stated, is to be borne by the voucher holder.
• Above promotional rate cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts.
• Senior Citizens and PWDs can enjoy the higher of either our promotional discount or the discount mandated under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 and the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability. To avail, bookings and payments must be made directly with the hotel.
